At Estailo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Estailo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
